i have a bad case of ‘buck tooth’ my two front teeth are horrid and huge. Not only that but they protrude further out than the rest of my teeth. What kind of orthodontic treatment can help me and is it possible to have the front teeth filed down? Thanks for any advice.

You may benefit from any type of orthodontic treatment. The teeth appear larger due to their position so do not have them filled down. Once the orthodontic treatment is complete if you still think they are too big have them addressed then. Dr. Lemongello
