Use mouthwash or salted water after implant procedure?

Q.
Following the dental implant treatment would I best to just use salt water to rinse my mouth out rather than mouthwash which I think may cuase more pain to the area? Will I be able to clean my teeth properly following the procedure?
A.

Salt water solution is fine to use.  Sometimes mouthwashes tend to dry out the mouth because they have an alcohol base to them.  You should have no problem cleaning your teeth after the procedure.
