Q.
Hi Doctor, I Have a sixteen year old patient who lost his central incisor due to trauma so i need to give a provisional bridge something like a resin maryland bridge(composite wings instead of metal wings).. so needed to know the way of fabrication if it was possible to make it in the clinic. Thank you

hi many thanks you could just build the whole area up with composite including the wing areas. it may not last forever but with a good bonding technique i think it would be a good provisional option. hope this is helpful.
