Is using cerec for crowns the preferred method, or not as good?

There is no one material that is best for all situations.  Cerec crowns are not better than traditional crowns and have similar success rates when used in the proper situation.  Discuss with your dentist what is the best crwon for your situation if the quickest solution is not the most important to you.  Dr. Lemongello
