Is fluoride safe for use in toothpaste? And what about water? From what I see there are people saying that it is good for you and then on the other side people saying that it is very bad for your general health. Is there a happy medium somewhere? Hope you can clear this up! Thanks.

Fluroide has long been used in drinking water and in tooth pastes. The benefit have been outstanding in how it has prevented so much tooth decay. As for its long term safety, I don’t know. I do believe that its track record is sound.
