I was given a mouth guard to stop my grinding habits a few months ago and I’ve just finished my brace treatment but was told i need to pay for the retainer. Can my mouth guard act as a retainer for now? I was using invisalign and the retainers are pretty expensive and weren’t included within my treatment.
