I’d like to have my teeth filed down (my two front top teeth) as they’re a lot larger than the rest of my teeth i’d also like to have my teeth whitened at the same time. Is it possible to have both treatments done in one sitting? Have you ever done this before? Thank you for your time.

Whitening can be accomplsihed any time with or without treatment of your front teeth. It is unusual to require having your two front teeth filed down because they are too big. It may be they are out of position or broad in your smile. It may also be that they appear big because the teeth next to the front ones are actually too small and need to be bigger. I rarely if ever recommend filing down two front teeth as treatment. Instead, I would consult with a dentist and determine which teeth are actually out of position or proportion and what treatment options would be best. Dr. Lemongello
