Q. are damon braces basically fixed braces? what makes them speecial

A. Damon braces are a proprietary form of orthodontic brackets that do not use small elastic bands to hold the main orthodontic wire in place.  Some feel this is an advantage over traditonal brackets.  Dr. Lemongello
